Every mother deserves a safe place to call home. At Sisters Haven, we provide more than shelter- we offer hope, community, and a foundation for a brighter future.
motherhood is a journey and every journey matters
Merry Christmas from Sisters Haven!
Our hearts are overflowing with joy and gratitude this season. Because of you, our Home for the Holidays Campaign brought music, laughter, friendly competition, and—most importantly—hope to moms and babies in our community.
For those new to our family, Home for the Holidays was our December effort to open the doors of Sisters Haven to pregnant and parenting women—turning a once-abandoned building into a warm, welcoming home so moms and babies can genuinely have a Home for the Holidays.
More than 500 people attended our concert, toured the home, or voted in the Dream Bedroom Makeover. Whether you showed up in person or cheered us on online, you were part of something extraordinary.
We invite you to watch a special sneak peek clip of our new video below—and then enjoy the full version on YouTube. It shares our journey and features heartfelt voices from our Moms Board, whose courage continues to shape the mission you support.
May your Christmas be filled with peace, joy, and the love of Christ. Thank you for helping us create a home where motherhood is honored and every journey matters.
With Christmas joy and deep gratitude,
Amy, Barb, Julie, Shena, and Yvonne

“Sadly, there are too few housing options for pregnant women experiencing homelessness in our community. The arrival of Sisters Haven will be a life-saving option for pregnant women who are sleeping on the streets of Cleveland. Having a therapeutic caring space on the west side of Cleveland to offer women will make us one step closer to ending homelessness and more importantly, It will make all of us better at loving the people we encounter on the street.”
– Chris Knestrick, Executive Director of the Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless
