Immediately following a Doula from Birthing Beautiful will be there for a Q&A about pregnancy & parenting tips and resources .

Sanctified yoga gives focus to both the physical and the spiritual self, in the context of a Christian ethos. Suitable for all levels, this event will be an integration of Biblical themes of love, faith, and motherhood, with the beneficial aspects of a breath and movement yoga practice.
